FLOATIES

This plan is for anyone that has support either from a team or swimming experience. Someone who is 
comfortable training independently and needs little to no accountability. It could also be for someone who has 
been training for a while, but there is no improvement in time or speed. This plan could be the jumpstart you 
need to reach the next level. 

“I have outside support, so I do not need a coach, but I am looking for tips and tricks to improve. I am looking to dip my toes in the water.” 

Plan Includes:
• Initial consultation video call
• One of the 4-Week Improvement Plans (2 workouts/week)
• Workouts sent directly to your smartwatch

SHALLOW END
$149/month 

This plan is for anyone who needs a customized plan with basic accountability. This is for someone who has 
experience with self-directed training programs, or someone who works well independently. However, it would 
be helpful to have a coach check-in to see your progress. This plan could provide the customization you need to 
reach your goals


“I have some support from a coach or my experience as a swimmer, but I am looking for some supplemental lessons and training to support what I already have going on. I am looking to go waist-deep in the water.”

Plan Includes:
• Initial consultation video call
• Customized Training plan (up to 4 workouts/week)
• Bi-weekly video calls including world class technique analysis (30 minutes)
• Workouts sent directly to your smartwatch 
• Post-workout email follow-up

DEEP END
$249/month

This plan is for someone who needs a customized plan with high accountability. You could be new to completing 
swim workout, the local Master’s training is inconvenient, or you are an experienced swimmer that needs 
feedback from a coach. This plan could provide the encouragement you need to achieve your dreams 

 

“I am ready to go all-in with the private coaching experience. I have a race that I 
am training for, or I want to become comfortable in the water. I am looking to dive head first into the water.”

Plan Includes:
• Initial consultation video call
• Customized training plan (up to 6 workouts/week)
• Weekly video calls including world class technique analysis (30 minutes)
• Workouts sent directly to your smartwatch 
• Post-workout follow up via text or WhatsApp
